About the Program:
Quality professionals rely on a lot of Tools in their Tool bag, and depending on the situation, one technique or method l may be more effective than a different one. Black Belts, 5 Why’s, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Pareto, Control Charts, FMEAs, DFMEAs, PDCA, Lean, 6 sigma, QMS, 5 or 6 S, Kaizen, Risk Analysis, Brainstorming, DMAIC, and the list goes on.

The Automotive, Aerospace, and Medical Industries all have their own forms, tools and documents. If you are in that arena, you MUST be expert on the tools, forms, methods and processes that industry requires. In addition to industry requirements, some customers also have supplemental items they need. The tools and methods are often similar, but just different enough that extra effort is needed. On occasion, the administrative drive of doing things a certain way can shift the efforts to ensure the paperwork is accepted, rather than using the tools, forms and documents to drive real improvements.

This presentation reviews some “new to you” processes and tools than stay focused on the Reason and Purpose. These tools can be applied in a wide range of areas without any tweaking or modification. From Sales, Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Project Management, Engineering, Team Development, Strategic Planning, Coaching, and even conducting a Job Search- these “new to you” processes can help you in all of these areas. What are these Tools and How Can they Help you? Sign up for this Zoom webinar and find out!
